Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your application.

1. 感謝您報名本期的免費課後輔導，但是有可能因為報名人數、時間或是其他原因，您有可能會沒有小老師，我們將會以郵件通知您結果。

Thank you for applying for free tutoring. Due to the number of applicants, time or other reasons, you may not have a tutor. We will notify you the result by email.

本次免費課後輔導的開始時間與結束時間： 113年03月25日至113年05月24日  。

The free tutoring of this term will start from  March 25, 2024 and end on May 24, 2024.

2. 表單及各項規定上的時間皆為台灣時間(UTC +8)。

The time on the form, terms and conditions are Taiwan local time (UTC +8).

3. 已經開始輔導後，請不要隨便停止輔導。

After the free tutoring has started, please do not stop the free tutoring casually.

4. 如果連續兩個星期都不能參加輔導或是沒有原因不來上課一次，就會停止你的輔導。

Students who cannot participate in the free tutoring for two consecutive weeks or no show without prior notice will be disqualified from the free tutoring.

5. 每星期都需要完成兩個小時的輔導，你可以跟小老師討論要每星期輔導一次兩個小時或是輔導兩次一個小時。

The hours of the free Tutoring class are 2 hours per week. Please accomplish this basic requirement. You can discuss with your tutor about tutoring once a week for two hours or tutoring twice for an hour.

6. 小老師都是自願提供自己的時間來幫助你的中文學習，請你也尊重小老師，如果約好的時間不能來上課，一定要早一天跟小老師改時間。

The tutors are willing to provide their own time as volunteers to help your Chinese learning. Please also show your respect to the tutors. If you cannot come to the class, you must notify your tutor one working day in advance of the appointed time.

7. 請一定要跟你的小老師保持聯絡，一定要回答小老師的問題。

Please keep in touch with your tutor, and answer all of the questions from the tutor.

8. 不能跟小老師談戀愛，也不可以要求小老師幫你寫作業。

You can’t fall in love with the tutor, nor can you ask the tutor to do your homework for you.

9. 輔導請在公共場合進行，請不要遲到或是提早離開。

The tutoring class will be held in a public place. Please be punctual for every tutoring class.

10. 如果你跟你的小老師發生問題，可以直接跟小老師說，也可以跟華語中心說。

If you have any problem with your tutor, you can talk to the tutor directly, or you can make contact with the Chinese Language Center.

11. 輔導的內容僅限於團體班上課的內容。如果你想要輔導其它內容，請先與小老師討論，並確認小老師可以幫你輔導其它教材。

The content of the tutoring is limited to the content of the group class. If you want to tutor other content, please discuss with the tutor first, and confirm that the tutor can help you tutor other textbooks.

12. 報名後，請至華語中心辦公室繳交押金500元，才算完成免費課業輔導申請，中心將不另寄送提醒。要完成至少18小時的輔導，且完成小老師滿意度調查，才可以退回押金。如果未配對到小老師者，也可以退回押金。

After submitting the request, please go to the CLC office to pay a deposit of NT$500 to complete the free tutoring application. No deposit reminder will be sent. The deposit can be refunded only after completing at least 18 hours of tutoring and filling out the free tutoring satisfaction survey. If you are not matched with a tutor, you can also refund the deposit.
