Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your reservation request.

• 僅限文藻華語中心在學學生。

• Only for Wenzao CLC students who are currently enrolled.

• 本期學習諮詢開放時間為 2025 年 3 月 17 日 起至 2025 年 5 月 16 日止。

• The Study Consultation Reservations are available from 17 March 2025 to 16 May 2025.

• 每次諮詢時間 25 分鐘，一位老師一天最多接受兩位學生預約。

• Each student has 25 minutes of consultation time per day. It is a 1-on-1 consultation. 

• 你可以每個星期預約。每個星期請勿預約超過兩次，也請勿連續預約同一位老師。

• The reservations can only be made twice a week with different teachers.

• 取消規定: 如果預約以後不能來，請於【預約日前一個工作日的中午12:00前】寄電子郵件給華語中心，才能取消你的預約。如果事前取消三次，則會停止當期預約的權利。

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must reach the Wenzao Chinese Language Center by 12:00 PM one day (excluding weekends and holidays) before your reservation . Please email us at clc@mail.wzu.edu.tw in advance to cancel your appointment. If you cancel more than twice in advance, you will be disqualified for the entire term. 

• 如果預約以後沒來，或者違反取消規定的人，將不能再預約本期的學習諮詢。只能等到下一期再預約。

• Students who are absent without prior notice  or who violate the cancellation policy will be disqualified from the study consultation service immediately for the current term.  They will have to wait until the next term to make a new reservation. 

• 時間表將於每週五下午更新。 

• The timetable will be updated every Friday's afternoon.
