Future Faces of Family Medicine (FFFM) is a pathways program for high school students from minority, lower socioeconomic and first-generation college backgrounds. Our aim is to address healthcare disparities along racial and socioeconomic lines by mentoring underrepresented minority high school students and providing avenues to careers in medicine.

Each spring semester, after reviewing applications, FFFM leadership selects approximately 15-20 local high school students to participate in the program.

Students must be a minimum of 16 years old to participate in all aspects of our program.

Students who are 14-15 years old may participate in our program EXCEPT for clinic shadowing.

Students must provide their own transportation for all activities.

Applications for the 2024 FFFM are now available! Deadline is November 1, 2023

Program acceptance will be announced on November 11th.
