This Google site will function as a "front-end" visual to accompany our specific documentation on Google docs.
Creating a New Project
On the bottom right corner of the page click the circle with the pen in it to start the editing process. Navigate to the right-hand side of this page and click the "Pages" tab. Left-Click the 3 little dots next to the team template, and duplicate that page. Rename the generated page to your project name. Now, click and drag the generated page into the correct subfolder under the "Platforms" directory. Drop the page directly on top of the folder you want to insert it into. Done.
How to Use/Read this site
On the right-hand side, click "Pages" tab, and navigate to the project you want to read. That page should have links in it that contain pieces of documentation. It may have general information, how to use the PCB, and/or the history of struggles.
Adding a Document to your Project
We record all of the detailed technical information in google docs. In the EVT shared drive, copy one of the templates and paste it in the appropriate folder (may have to create folder under correct team). Then, link the google doc to your project page.
