Who was Mark Ellingson?
Mark Ellingson was the fifth president of RIT from the years 1936 to 1969 and oversaw the building of the Henrietta Campus. He was an aggressive advocate of the NTID settlement at RIT and is the sole reason that the National Technical Institute of the Deaf flourished so rapidly in Rochester.
