In math this week, students will write and solve one-step equations using two variables.

• ACCELERATED MATH

In accelerated math this week,  students will write, create, solve, and graph inequalities including positive and negative numbers in real-world situations.  

• LANGUAGE ARTS 

In language arts this week, students will analyze text structure and point of view. 

• SCIENCE

In science this week, students will plan and carry out an investigations to demonstrate how energy from the sun transfers heat from the air, land, and water at different rates. 

• SOCIAL STUDIES

In social studies this week, students will explain the causes, effects, and solutions of acid rain in Mexico and deforestation in Brazil.
