We will address the college application process, steps your student needs to take this summer, and important instructions about letters of recommendation, application details, essays, and more.
For Parents:

For Students:
Counselors will be visiting all junior English classes to share key information and next steps. Students enrolled in dual credit English will attend a special advisory session to ensure they receive the same support.

The Collin College Foundation offers scholarships to high school students currently enrolled in the Collin College Dual Credit Program. To qualify for the Dual Credit Scholarship, applicants must meet the following general criteria:
Current High School Student
Dual Credit student in FALL 2026
Taking a minimum of 6 credit hours of Dual Credit classes with Collin College each semester

Collin College will offer a variety of camps this summer for middle school and high school students. Participants can select camps including automotive exploration, electronics, robotics, video production, Health Science, STEM, and dance! Certain subjects are repeated at multiple campuses. The following camps are located on the college’s campuses in Allen, Celina, Farmersville, Frisco, McKinney, and Wylie.

Texas A&M University would like to invite current 9th-11th grade Frisco ISD students and parents to participate in Accessing the Dream, a free college access event designed to empower 9th–11th grade students and one parent or guardian as they begin planning their path to higher education.
This engaging half-day program will connect students and families with college access resources, guidance on preparing for college, and opportunities to learn more about navigating admissions, financial aid, and academic pathways.

NDBT is officially accepting applications for the 32nd annual edition of the James W. Tyra Memorial Scholarship!
We will award two scholarships this year, each with a maximum of $1,500.00 per year, limited to $750.00 per semester. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years!

We are pleased to announce the Communities Foundation of Texas’s 2026 Scholarship Applications are now open! We have over 50 scholarship opportunities and will award around $2 million in scholarship funds. Here are a couple!
The ECLAT Foundation Scholarship provides one-year $2,000 scholarships to graduating seniors or college students who plan to or attend an accredited college or university in the State of Texas. Deadline April 1st, 2026.
The Giana Foundation Scholarships awards one-year scholarships of up to $5,000 that may be used for tuition books and fees at any accredited four-year college or university or community college in the United States or its possessions to pursue a degree in the Visual and/or Performing Arts. Deadline April 1st, 2026.
