Parents of the Pride EdCamp – We Need Your Input!
Reedy High School will be hosting our Parents of the Pride EdCamp on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 5:30–7:30 pm. This special event is designed to connect, collaborate, and learn together as we strengthen the Reedy community.
To help us design the most meaningful sessions, the Reedy High School Instructional Leadership Team would love your feedback on what topics you believe would benefit parents most. Whether it’s learning more about our school and its mission, better understanding the needs of our students, or exploring ways to get involved, your voice will help shape the evening.
👉 Please share your feedback by October 10, 2025: https://forms.gle/TtoBwt8VK1VBNXZMA
We can’t wait to partner with you in supporting our students!
Our counselors have finished Freshman Guidance, and we’re excited to share the presentation with you for a quick recap.
During the month of October (October 1–31), counselors will meet one-on-one with every freshman. In these meetings, we’ll review what was covered in guidance, talk about four-year planning updates that will happen in November, go over graduation requirements, and start thinking about post-secondary options. After your student’s meeting, you’ll get an email with a summary of what was discussed. If you don’t receive one by November 3, please reach out to your student’s counselor—but thank you in advance for your patience as we meet with every student. These are simply for planning and to spark conversation at home, so you and your student can start talking about course choices and expectations for the rest of high school, nothing is set in stone and is just a good recap of what we have covered in 8th grade and so far this year!
