This Spring 2026 internship offers students a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion and retail industry—and to be recognized for their hard work and growth. At the end of the program, two interns will each receive a $1,000 award for demonstrating outstanding teamwork and leadership.

Program Highlights

Through Terry Costa’s Learn and Earn Program, interns will gain experience in areas including, but not limited to:

·  Business Operations and Customer Service

·  Sales and Marketing, including Bridal Sales and Buying

·  Interview and Business Etiquette

·  Website Maintenance and Social Media Management

All interns who complete the program will also receive $500 toward a prom dress, and two will earn a $1,000 scholarship based on performance.

Terry Costa has been dressing prom girls, brides, debutantes, and pageant participants for generations. Interns will work alongside top professionals and have opportunities to engage with internationally renowned designers, including Sherri Hill, during exclusive Pop-Up events.

We are actively interviewing now and plan to begin paid training sessions on December 1, 2025.

We need your help! The annual North Texas Turkey Trot: where friends, family and runners can enjoy a 5K, 10K or the Miracle Mile before sitting down for turkey time and holiday festivities is just around the corner.
