Schedules will be released online through Home Access Center (HAC) starting Monday, August 4th, 2025 at 10am.
**Please note that these schedules are not final even though they will be viewable. If you took an EA exam, they are also not reflected in the schedule at this time. Counselors are still actively working on schedules. We will work to level class and make changes up until August 11th at 5pm. We ask that students make sure to check schedules up until the morning of the first day of school for any changes that may occur due to leveling or other reasons. We will work to keep these at a minimum. While classes typically will not change, the period or teacher may change as we level.
Due to the device ban from the state of Texas, students who do not have a Chromebook on the first day of school will need to print or write down their schedule prior to coming to school on 8/13. See details about Chromebook pick up below if you do not currently have one.
Students must have their Info Snap complete, updated vaccination records filed, and Proof of Residency (POR) submitted in order to see their schedules on August 4th. You will also not be able to access your schedule if you have a hold on your account. After you submit the POR you should expect a 2-3 business day turn-around to see your schedule online through HAC.
If you cannot access HAC it is likely due to your POR or Info snap.

When can I walk my schedule?
All students can walk their schedule between Noon and 1PM on August 12th, during our Lion Walk.
When will I receive a hard copy of my schedule?
Students will not receive a hard copy of their schedule this year. All schedules will be released through HAC only. Students are responsible for coming to school prepared to view their schedule on their own paper or school-issued Chromebook. Due to the device ban from the state of Texas, students who do not have a Chromebook on the first day of school will need to print or write down their schedule prior to coming to school on 8/13. See details about Chromebook pick up below if you do not currently have one.
Students with incorrect schedules will need to complete this google form. DO NOT DIRECTLY EMAIL YOUR COUNSELOR FOR A CHANGE, they will ask you to complete the form. There is space on there to type additional information if you have something you need to explain to your counselor about the change. Emailing them directly will only delay the process.
Please note, during this time, counselors can only change schedules for the following reasons. Counselors will review the responses and get back to you.
A course was already completed, or a student already has credit for the course.
The student does not have the pre-requisite required to take the class.
There are duplicates or missing core courses.
It is one of the following program changes (Band, Choir, Orchestra, color guard, drill team, debate, cheer and academic decathlon only)
We cannot change the level of class (ADV and AP drops will take place after the 1st 6 weeks)
We cannot change electives, or the type of class requested- that deadline was February 13th, 2025.
Check your student's schedule to see if they have early release or late arrival!
Late Arrival students will not come to campus 1st period. They will begin class 2nd period which starts at 10:35am at Reedy. If your 2nd period is at the CTE Center you will need to arrive at the CTE Center by 10:45. If you need to catch the bus from Reedy, you will need to be on, the bus at the front of the school, no later than 10:35am.
Early Release students will leave campus after 3rd period has ended at 2:50
Students with late arrival and early release are not to be on campus during their out period. Students are not able to walk the building, sit in the library, or wait in other locations of the building. They must be off campus during their late arrival or release period.
Students must provide their own transportation to and from campus during these times.
Students with a 3rd period release are typically paired with a Collin Dual Credit course. All of the above rules will apply to any student with a 3rd period release pair with a dual credit course.
If you have any questions or concerns about dual credit beyond the details of this email please contact your counselor. If you are unable to abide by the rules above and cannot be off campus during your release or late arrival you will need to speak with your counselor immediately.
