PSAT

The PSAT is a standardized test that provides firsthand practice for the SAT®. It also gives you a chance to enter National Merit Scholarship Corporation scholarship programs and gain access to college and career planning tools. Learn more about the PSAT through College Board.

Fond du Lac High School offers students the opportunity to take the PSAT on a designated date in October. There is a cost associated with taking the PSAT. FHS offers the test to all Junior students, although it is not recommended for all students. Only students taking the PSAT in 11th grade can qualify for NMSC Scholarships. Top performing juniors nationally may be eligible for money through National Merit, National Achievement, or National Hispanic Scholarship Funds. Students will need to sign up to take the PSAT, space is limited.
