In our class, we have been talking about how the trees and leaves are changing. On our walk last week we looked closely at the trees and the leaves. This week, the children are learning how to glue. This is a process focused art experience.

Characteristics of process-focused art experiences

Children may choose to discuss their art and add print to it (on their own or by dictating to a teacher)

Children use small motor skills to paint, write, glue, use clay, and make collages
