2020-21: Develop a process that brings a more human centered approach on the grievance and complaint process, and highlights transparency and confidentiality, decision making and prevents retaliation.
2021-22: Improve transparency and inclusion of all Five Keys official communication to staff. Design and distribute collaborative team agenda template and instructions.
2022-23: Support implementation of team agenda template, design and distribute one-on-one agenda template, create and execute email norms presentation.
2023-24: Develop a series of tools and trainings designed to help foster and improve positive relationships with school leaders and their staff.
2024-25: Provide monthly listening and informational sessions for all staff in order to foster effective communication, collaboration, and community. Amplify ABIDE’s purpose, projects, and initiatives through a quarterly newsletter.

2020-21: Upskill leaders, management and employees across the organization on Restorative Justice (RJ) practices by leveraging existing training options.
2021-22: Inform FKSP staff about culturally relevant events and resources. Foster and improve collaborative relationships throughout the agency while increasing FKSP visibility and strengthening our relationships with the communities we serve.
2022-23: Provide opportunities for all staff to build community while giving back to the communities we work and live in through quarterly projects: Gift Drive, Community Walk, Beautification Project, Resource Fair
2023-24: Share a DEI Monthly Resource Page to inform FKSP staff about culturally relevant events and resources. Expand opportunities for all staff to build community while giving back to the communities we work and live in through quarterly projects.

COMMITTEE STRATEGIC GOALS
2020-21: Institute diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training across all levels of employees to establish a common understanding of fundamental concepts and definition around ally skills, systemic and interpersonal bias, and inclusive communications.
2021-22: Work cross-collaboratively to ensure our curriculum and training is accurate, inclusive, and culturally relevant. Co-develop one new DEIB training as well as one revision of existing curricula per year. Release revisions of CHYA and RJ and Unconscious Bias and Microaggressions training by 12/22.
2022-23: Revise CHYA curriculum with assistance of subject expert, develop and execute training for new CHYA curriculum at leadership level; prepare and assist principals in training of their teaching teams.
2023-24: Provide learning opportunities for the school community that center social justice issues through weekly virtual field trips for students and monthly PD for staff.
2024-25: Provide Monthly Social Justice Learning Hours for staff. Increase weekly student attendance and more teacher involvement for SJ VFTs

2024-25: Become better familiar with all the ERGs and their leaders/members in order to understand their current activities, needs, challenges, and successes.
Develop a diverse and effective student advisory team to represent and support student needs.
To post original content at least once a week on Five Keys social media that is preferably social or restorative justice oriented.
To provide professional development opportunities for Five Keys staff to familiarize themselves with and gain the confidence to implement the Five Keys Pedagogical Framework.
