Entering Provider Information

Form 2441 Child & Dependent Care Credit should be auto-generated into your return. You can select it from underneath Forms In Return on the left side of your screen. 

If you do not see Form 2441 listed underneath Forms In Return, you can either use the "Search For A Form" bar on the top left of your screen or you can select "Federal" >> "Credits" >> "Form 2441" to manually add this form.
