What Are the System Requirements to View/Print My Tax Return?


The printable forms are in PDF format.

To View/Print your Tax Return(s) you must have a PDF Reader/Viewer (ex. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC). Here is the link download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader



Can I View My Tax Return Before I File?


Not all forms are available prior to filing. Form 1040 and all other viewable Forms can be opened from the Summary Page.

    • Forms/Schedules available to view will display “PDF” after it.
    • Click on the word “PDF” to view.



How Do I Print My “Filed” and “Accepted” Tax Return(s)?


The following applies only to Tax Return(s) that have been Filed and Accepted.

    1. From your Personal 1040 Tax Center, select “Work with return” of applicable year. (If you do not have a Personal 1040 Tax Center see Step 2).
    2. From the Navigation Page, select “Print Completed Forms & Documents”.
    3. You will see a list of all Forms/Schedules in the Tax Return(s).
    4. Click on the name to open the PDF.



Can I View My Tax Return Before I File?

Can I Print My Tax Return That Is “Pending” Acknowledgement?


No, Only Tax Return(s) that have been “Accepted” will be available to print.



Can I Print My Tax Return That was “Rejected”?


Only Accepted Tax Return(s) are available to print.



I Do Not Have a Printer. How can I obtain a Paper Copy of My Completed Tax Return(s)?


You may order the printed forms and mailing envelopes for a fee from us. If you have changed address, it is important to let us know. Otherwise all documents will be sent to the address of record we have for you.
