How to submit a secured email:
Log into your account and select the option that either says You have new messages or Support. Select Secure Email. Write a new email, complete the email form with subject and message, and select Continue. The next page will have an underlined button that says Submit your question for Personalized Customer Service, you will select that to submit the request.
