Overview: In this lesson the students will learn a variety of basic drawing techniques. They will create gesture, blind contour, and contour drawings. After practicing with these techniques the students will draw a piece of art by drawing a geometric shapes to create sweets. The students will use oil pastels on top of black paper to make their art. 

Goals: I can know what shapes and forms are. I can draw geometric and organic forms.
