Our Community Salutes (OCS) is a national, non-profit organization founded by educator and former U.S. Army officer, Dr. Kenneth Hartman. OCS aims to provide enlistees and their families with guidance, information, resources and community support from like-minded enlistees and families as their son or daughter transitions into military service.
