The NextGen helps young adults identify and achieve their career goals and to develop the life skills necessary to stay on course. There are two types of programs:

Out-of-School Program: This program is designed for students who have dropped out of high school or who have completed high school

Are you eligible?

  • 18-24 Years Old
  • Legal to work in the USA
  • Out of School (Dropped out or completed High School/GED)
  • Live in Washington County
  • Experience At Least One Barrier to Employment
  • Motivated to Complete a Career Pathway Training

  • Meet Low-Income Guidelines
  • Experience At Least One Barrier to Employment
  • Motivated to Complete a Career Pathway Training
