Captain Kevin Kyle Mosley Private Pilot Scholarship Application

In memory of Captain Kevin Kyle Mosley, this scholarship was established by his family and friends as a lasting tribute to his love for aviation.

Each year, one Oregon junior or senior high school student (aged 16-18) outside of Yamhill County with a passion for aviation is chosen to receive this scholarship. For students in Yamhill County, please see application for The Captain Michael King Smith Private Pilot Scholarship. The scholarship is valued at $2,500 and can be applied toward fees or expenses to help him or her obtain a private pilot license (e.g. ground school instruction, dual and solo flight instruction, pre and post flight instruction, the FAA written test and flight examiner's fee for the private pilot check ride).
