2017-2018 Genevieve Guyton Scholarship

General Information:

• This scholarship will be awarded to one male and one female graduating senior from Forest Grove High School with a 3.0 cumulative GPA at the time of application.
• Include two letters of recommendation, one from a teacher and the other from a non-family member from the community.
• Include with the application packet an essay (up to 200 words) of your educational goals and what your education means to you.
• Applicant must enroll in any of the following Oregon schools:
  • Eastern Oregon University
  • Oregon State University
  • Portland State University
  • Southern Oregon University
  • University of Oregon
  • Western Oregon University
• Please include your acceptance letter from one of the above universities
