Oregon Collectors Association Hasson/Newman Memorial Scholarship Fund

Awarded to Oregon High School seniors for their use as full time students at any Oregon accredited public, private college, or university or trade school. Scholarship recipients must start attendance within 12 months of the aware and show proof of enrollment for a minimum of 12 credit hours.
