Most calls we get from renters are availability checks or calls for quotes. The best place to start for either type of call is to perform a vehicle search on our main site Fetchtruck.com
When calling for quotes most renters do not have a pick-up date or time in mind. Simply ask the renter what city they would like to pick up in and for the possible duration of the reservation. Having this information will give the renter the most accurate quote for their needs.
Ask the renter in what city they would like to pick up in
Must enter either city and state or zipcode
If Fetch is not offered in their area, the website will return nothing
Ask for the possible duration of reservation
If renter doesn’t know, select 1 hour
If duration is for 4 or more hours be sure to inform renter that after 4 hours it is cheaper the reserve the vehicle for the day
Choose future date at least 2 months into the future
Choosing an open date at least two months in advance helps ensure the website will display vehicle rates instead of open time slots
Towing with Fetch vehicles is strictly prohibited. If a renter asks where this policy is posted, always refer them to our Terms and Conditions and our FAQs posted on Fetchtruck.com. If a customer rents a vehicle specifically for towing, they are not eligible for a refund.

All Fetch vehicles take unleaded gas. This is usually indicated somewhere on the vehicle.
All Fetch vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas as when they were originally picked up. Renters are also responsible for paying for their own gas fill ups.
In the past Fetch ran a free gas promotion that provided renters with a prepaid card to use for gas. If a renter inquires about free gas, be sure to let them know this is a promotion we no longer offer and that all of our current policies are reflected in the rental agreement.
Sometimes renters will call in to see if their vehicle can be returned to an another Fetch location. This is not allowed. Renters who fail to return their Fetch vehicle to its original location maybe subject to a $150 retrieval fee.

Renters can alternatively use a commercial auto-insurance policy to fulfill Fetch’s insurance requirement. If a renter submits a commercial auto-insurance policy, be sure to ask for a Certificate of Coverage. Renter must also provide documentation of their affiliation with the company.

NEVER unlock a vehicle for a renter.
Instead:
Look up renters reservation
Change reservation status to "in progress"
Have renter go into their Fetch account to unlock car
Have renter end rental once personal items have been retrieved
