Example: Asking a customer to send in a selfie of them holding their driver's license.
Step 1: Locating the customer's Fetch account. Ask the customer for their email address. "Could you please provide me the email address on the Fetch account?"
Step 2: Once you have located their Fetch account, confirm the customer's DOB. "I have pulled up your Fetch account. Could you please verify your date of birth?". Once you have confirmed the date of birth, click the 3 dots that's next to the "Edit" button and click "Send Message".
Step 3: Type "selfie" and the "Selfie holding DL" macro will appear. Select the macro.
Step 4: Send the message. You can inform the customer that the message has been sent through both text and email, but we do advise them to send in the photo through text first. Anytime a customer replies to our text message, it will appear the activity feed in the dashboard. If they reply to an email, it will appear in Zendesk.
