All tickets should be signed with the Agent’s “signature” which can be set on the Agent’s profile in ZenDesk.
Setting up your signature in ZenDesk
In the upper right hand corner, click on your icon
Next click on view profile
In the left hand column, you'll see "signature"
Each agent should have the following set as their signature
