Family Resources!
Dear Exceed Families,
We are excited to welcome you to Summer Learning for the 2019-2020 school year! We are grateful to have you and your scholar participating and deeply believe that this will have a positive impact on your child’s academic success and growth. Our goal is to continue scholars’ development in literacy and math by providing access to books at their level, a writing journal, math activities, and access to enrichment opportunities.
Exceed will provide every child with the opportunity to “shop” for summer books via a digital platform. Your scholar will also receive a digital book log that has space for him or her to respond to a reading prompt. Additionally, there will be RISING Morning Meetings at least once per week for your child’s grade band (K-2 and 3-5) and optional small group counseling. Below is some critical information to make your child’s experience in Summer Learning smooth.
Summer Learning begins on Monday, July 6 and ends on Friday, August 21.
You can access your scholar’s assignments via Google Classroom.
We will be conducting wellness calls and sharing weekly reports with you to let you know your scholar’s progress with the adaptive learning program(s).
If you experience technical difficulties, please contact Ms. Ramos via email at jramos@explorenetwork.org.
Here is a summary of the resources available. All resources are available for grades K-5 unless otherwise indicated.
