Attendance
Please ensure that your scholar logs on to Morning Meeting every day. We take attendance at morning meeting and use this time to build classroom community so that our scholars are able to build strong relationships with each other and their teachers during these times. Please contact the school at 718-989-6702 if you are experiencing an extenuating circumstance that is prohibiting your scholar from logging on to their class. We are here to help!
Student Work Completion
All scholars are assigned work daily in Google Classroom. Scholars must complete their work in Google Classroom daily as this provides them with many opportunities to practice what they are learning. This practice is so important to improving their academics. Please check Google Classroom regularly and support your scholar in completing all of their assignments. We also use work completion as a way to mark scholars present for those scholars who may have missed morning meeting due to an extenuating circumstance. Please reach out to your scholar's teacher directly if you need support with accessing work in Google Classroom. We are here to help!
Hybrid for Stage 4
Given our recent move to remote learning, we want to provide a longer runway for families to opt into stage 4 of hybrid learning. Families now have until December 11th (previously November 20th) to opt into hybrid learning for January 11th. Please contact the school if you would like to opt into hybrid learning at 718-989-6702.
