Administration

Mr. Dias, Principal

What a joy it is to be the principal of the Drew School. Every day I come to the school and get to engage with a special community with students, parents, and teachers. For the last nine years, I have called the Drew school my home. As the principal of the school, it is my goal to help every student grow and learn.

I have my undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and my masters from Kean University. I have been an educator for over 20 years. In my journey as an educator, I have been an elementary school teacher, a middle school teacher, and an assistant principal. Since childhood, I’ve always wanted to be an educator. Coming to work every single day is a dream come true. It is a joy being the principal of the Drew School.

Grades 3-5 are crucial years between the primary and middle school experience. Every staff member at PLD is focused on making the years they spend at the Drew School special.

Ms. Perez,
Assistant Principal

I am so excited to be starting my second year as the assistant principal of the Drew School! I am proud to say that this will be my 8th year in the East Windsor School District, having previously worked at the Grace N. Rogers and Walter C. Black schools. As the assistant principal, it is my goal to learn all about the Drew School families and students and have a positive impact on their learning experience!

I have been an educator for more than twenty years in various K- 6 teaching and administrative positions in both New Jersey and Florida. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and the Jersey Shore (Monmouth County) is where I have resided for the last 13 years, while raising my three children.

I look forward to an amazing 23-24 school year and can’t wait to work with the staff, students, and families of the Drew School community!
