Reminders:

• All new students to the district must have a physical, dental appointment and have immunizations as noted in registration.  If not received, your child could be excluded from school.

• If your child needs to take medication at school, please be sure to have your doctor fill out the medication administration form and any other required forms.  If you have any questions or need a forms, please reach out to me.

• If your child is ill, please keep him/her home and call the attendance line to report the child out of school.

• If your child has a fever, vomiting,  or diarrhea they must be symptom free without medication for 24 hours prior to returning to school.

• Strep throat, pink eye, flu, covid, etc. require a certain amount of time (or medication) prior to coming back to school.  Follow your doctor's guidance.  Feel free to call me with any questions.  

• Screenings will be starting for your child(ren) in the fall:

3rd grade-HT, WT, BP and hearing

4th grade-HT, WT, BP and vision

5th grade-HT, WT, BP (Scoliosis in Spring)

Please notify me with any concerns or questions regarding your child's health.  

Please send your child in with a water bottle each day.
