Hello First Grade Families!

We are off and running with our giant body books! Our skeleton pages are now complete. Thank you for all your help in tracing and cutting out our body shapes! Next week we will learn all about the muscular system. 

In math we are deepening our understanding of doubles facts to 20. Ask your student to show you the hand motions for doubles!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Winter Weather is here! Please send boots, snowpants, jacket, hat, and gloves or mittens to school each day! 

Our classroom wishlist: Consider a purchase from our wishlist in honor of your first grader's birthday or a holiday. You can find it here.  

Send a peanut-free snack to school with your first grader every day:)
