Institutional Scholarships

Students will typically get the most money from the schools that they apply to. This list includes most of the Colorado community and 4 year colleges plus their links to applications and deadlines.

Boettcher Scholarship

Boettcher is a HIGHLY selective merit scholarship. 40 scholarships are awarded to high school seniors in Colorado who have maintained a high GPA, and extensive extracurricular involvement, Boettcher covers the full cost of attendance at any accredited 4 year school in Colorado.

COCA-COLA SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION

Coca Cola Scholarship

Highly selective national scholarship foundation. Coca-Cola awards 150 $20,000 scholarships to recognize socially conscious, service-minded students who have made positive impacts in their schools and communities

2020-2021 Daniels information with essay questions

Daniels Fund

Daniels is a HIGHLY competitive, need-based scholarship awarded to 230 students from Colorado, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico. Students demonstrate commitment to serving their community. Daniels is a last dollar scholarship that will cover the remaining balance after financial aid has been awarded.

Burg Simpson Scholarship

Burg Simpson Scholarship is a $2,500 award for high school seniors. Students must write a 1500+ word essay on how the civil jury system protects your rights.

Scholarship for graduating seniors who plan on pursuing a career in zoology, vet tech/assistant, veterinarian, groomer, service dog trainer, seeing-eye dog trainer.

The Prime Mailbox Women in STEM Scholarship will award $500 to female students who are passionate about science, technology, engineering, or math.

StokesStemle Scholarship Contest

The scholarship contest is open to undergrad, graduate, and law students nationwide. Applicants who are 17 years old or younger will need to provide parental consent to enter.

Eligible students should:

In addition, they must fill out an online scholarship application and include a digital photo of themselves, a school transcript, and a signed pledge to abstain from drinking and driving.

Must have a 3.0 GPA and be attending college in the Fall of 2021. Short essay and description of extracurricular activities and involvement is required. 2 scholarships of $500 each will be awarded.

Treasure Valley Family Medicine Primary Care Scholarship

The Treasure Valley Family Medicine 2021 Primary Care Scholarship is intended for Mountain West residents and recognizes outstanding children of U.S. military active duty or U.S. veterans who demonstrate thoughtful insight and solutions regarding U.S. medicine.

$1,000 scholarship for graduating seniors who will be attending a 2-year or 4-year college. Must have a 3.0 GPA and participated in an organized program that promotes diversity for a minimum of 2 years. 3 Letters of recommendation required and proof of a college acceptance.

The applicant should be of good academic standing and character, have a real financial need, and have shown an active interest in his or her school community. Applications should be submitted by March 15, 2024 to James Walsh (james_walsh@engschools.net)  along with three references, and a copy of the applicant's high school transcript. Paper copies of this application are in Mr. Walsh's office!
