Karly Mutranowski has been hired as the Head Coach of the Lady Lancers Volleyball program. Mutranowski comes to BCHS after a couple seasons coaching club volleyball and the New Berlin School District where she had a standout prep career. The former setter brings a strong focus of continuous improvement for athletes in their mental, physical and academic preparation.

A recent UW-Milwaukee grad, Karly inherits what was a youthful 2023 roster whose 15 roster spots had only three Seniors. She takes over for Tiffany Voge, who led the Lancers for the previous three seasons. Voge will remain with the program as the Varsity Assistant.

Tiffany Voge will be returning for her fourth year in the program. Voge brings more than 20 years of volleyball experience at multiple levels to the Lancers. A graduate of Marquette University, Voge received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management in 2008. At Marquette, Voge was a 4-year athletic scholarship recipient for the Women’s Division 1 Volleyball team.

After graduating from Marquette,Voge transitioned into coaching and has worked as an assistant coach and head coach at the club and high school levels. She began with a 5-year stint as the JV Girls Volleyball Coach at Brookfield Central. She then transitioned to the Varsity Assistant Coach at Catholic Memorial HS, where the team won WIAA Division II state titles in 2014, 2015, & 2016. Tiffany has coached club volleyball for 15 years and is currently the lead trainer and assistant director for a local club.

After a couple seasons with Brookfield Central (including a first-ever girls volleyball state appearance and win) Coach Voge is excited to bring continued success to the BC program.

Alison Hovind has coached club volleyball since 2016. She has also coached 7th grade Waukesha West Jr. Wolverines and was an assistant for Jr. Lancers. Alison's love for volleyball started young, she played club volleyball and continued playing at Catholic Memorial High School.

She is a  UW-Madison graduate earning two Bachelor’s degrees. In her free time, she cheers on the Badgers, the Bucks, and loves playing volleyball.
