Tiffany Voge

Tiffany Voge brings more than 20 years of volleyball experience at multiple levels to Brookfield Central. She is a graduate of Marquette University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management in 2008. At Marquette, Voge was a 4-year athletic scholarship recipient for the Women’s Division 1 Volleyball team.

After graduating from Marquette, Voge transitioned into coaching and has worked as an assistant coach and head coach at the club, high school, and college levels. She began with a 3-year stint as the JV Girls Volleyball Coach at Brookfield Central. She then transitioned to the Varsity Assistant Coach at Catholic Memorial HS, where the team won WIAA Division II state titles in 2014, 2015, & 2016. The past few years she has coached varsity volleyball at Brookfield Central High School.

Tiffany has coached club volleyball for 17 years with various clubs (Milwaukee Sting, Wisconsin Juniors, and Milwaukee Juniors). She is currently the college placement coordinator, lead trainer, assistant director, and 18-1s coach at MJV. Outside of volleyball, she loves spending time with family, cheering on her 5 children, and traveling.

Sara Gonzales

With over 20 years of experience as a player, coach, and official, Sara's volleyball journey began as a founding member of Milwaukee Sting and continued with three state championships at Pius XI and a Final Four appearance at UW-Whitewater. She's coached at the high school and club levels, including roles at Waukesha North, Waukesha West, and as Club Director for MVC.

A former Division I strength and conditioning coach, she brings a deep understanding of athletic development and team culture. Sara focuses on helping athletes grow not only in skill, but in confidence, leadership, and strategic thinking—skills that extend beyond the court.

Outside of coaching, she works as a Strategic Account Program Manager at Carlisle Architectural Metals. She enjoys spending time with her husband Trevor, two rescue dogs, and family business, Onyx Eyecare. Her son, Kellen, is a former collegiate volleyball player and future pharmacist.

Alison Hovind

Alison Hovind is entering her second season as the JV1 volleyball coach at Brookfield Central High School. Before that, she was a coach with the Jr. Lancers program for two seasons. With four years of club coaching experience at the national level, Alison brings a passion for player development and team culture to the Lancers program. Her coaching philosophy centers around fundamentals, teamwork, and building confidence on and off the court.

Alison is committed to helping athletes grow both as players and as individuals, emphasizing a competitive yet supportive environment. She is excited to continue contributing to the success and tradition of Brookfield Central Volleyball.

Ashley Bushman

Coach Ashley Bushman is entering her fourth season coaching volleyball at Brookfield Central High School. A proud Brookfield Central alumna, Coach Bushman brings passion, dedication, and a strong connection to the program and community.

Before returning to coach at her alma mater, she spent two years coaching club volleyball, helping athletes grow their skills and love for the game in a competitive environment. Her experience at both the high school and club levels has shaped her coaching philosophy—focusing on fundamentals, team culture, and player development on and off the court.

Ashley is committed to building a positive, high-energy environment that supports athletes in reaching their full potential. She is excited to continue growing the Brookfield Central volleyball program and instilling pride in every player who wears the Lancer jersey.
