Parent/Student Presentation (There is no parent meeting this year)

THIS YEAR SKI CLUB WILL BE BILLED THROUGH Vanco Events

Print paperwork (4 pieces) and turn into the BCHS office in an envelope labeled - Heyden/Klug BC Ski and Board Club

CUT-OFF DATE:  December 3,2025

We will not accept any registrations after this date. 

CLUB DATES:

• Thursday, December 11, 2025 (Evaluations will be done at the first trip) 3:30-9:00PM (Bus Riders)

• Wednesday, December 17, 2025  3:30-9:00PM (Bus Riders) 

• Thursday, January 8, 2025   3:30-9:00PM (Bus Riders)

• Thursday, January 15, 2025  3:30-9:00 (Bus Riders)

If all four trips take place:

Thursday, January 29, 2025  will be the MAKE UP TRIP 

If one of the four trips was missed, it will be used as one of the 4 club trips. In that case a make up trip will be offered on Wednesday, February 4th.

Reminder: There is a one-time $60 Co-Curricular Clubs fee for participation in unlimited clubs for the school year.  This district fee needs to be paid through Infinite Campus found under optional items.

Bus Riders: 

You will receive your lift ticket, meal card and rental on the bus . We need an accurate number of how many are taking the bus so we charge accordingly. You will need to check back at a later date for bus payment.

Non-Bus Riders:

Advisors will be available to hand out tickets and rental agreements between 4:00 - 6:00 in the “Group Room”.

There will always be an adult located in the “Group Room” to assist students if any needs arise.

Once the buses leave, there will be no supervision provided by the teacher chaperones.  Students are welcome to stay longer with parental supervision .

ALPINE STUDENT CLUB  CARD!!  

Each student receives a Club Card that is good for discounted lift tickets and rentals for other trips they take on their own.  Cards may be used unlimited times according to the Alpine Valley Ski Club Card Calendar! Alpine Club cards are required on each trip. It will be used for evaluations as well as an indicator of which hills the students are allowed to ski/snowboard on. Please make sure your student has this in their ski coat pocket prior to each trip.  There is a $30 replacement fee for lost cards.
