A total of nine students and two teachers from Padre Moret-Irubide spent a week in the Italian town of San Severo, in the Puglia region, as part of a four-mobility Erasmus project designed for this school year. The aim of the project is to promote inclusion, diversity, and sustainability. This initiative began in January in Pamplona, where our partners from Romania and Italy were hosted in our community for a week. During their stay, they followed a detailed program focused on these objectives. Unfortunately, our partners from Latvia, the fourth country participating in this project, were unable to attend.
Continuing with the scheduled mobilities, the next step was Italy. From February 8th to 15th, we traveled to San Severo via Bari, where we spent a day sightseeing. Once settled with host families, we took part in a rich and engaging program designed by Italian teachers for students from all four participating countries. Through various activities, we explored history, art, the environment, and cultural heritage. Both our students and teachers had an unforgettable experience.
However, the project is not over yet. At the end of March, Romanian students in Bucharest will host participants from the other countries, and in late May, we will all travel to Latvia. There are still many adventures to experience and memories to create in the remaining weeks of the school year.
