Students from IES Padre Moret Irubide and students from Italy, Rumania and Turkey have travelled to Panevėžys, a city situated in the region Panevezio Apskritis in Lithuania, to take part in an Erasmus + project called "Our Nature is our Future".

The first day was a succsessful experience with a really warm welcome ceremony, playing introduction games to get to know each other, dancing, tasting typical Lithuanian food and participating in a workshop about water.

This project has offered students different activities related to nature such as workshops in a nature school, visit to the water supply and treatment facilities in the city, STEAM labs or Hiking trail.

Learning about our European partners cultures and traditions has been an importat part of the project. Nothing better than interchanging typical recipies to encourage and develop relationships among all the participants as well as visiting different cities  in Lithuanian (Vilnius & Kaunas).
