The School is very conscious of the importance of ensuring efficient communications with students and parents.
It seeks to do this by a variety of means: newsletters (notably the weekly Principal’s newsletter), school website, calendars of events, Information Evenings, publications such as this Guide on the School website.
A weekly newsletter is issued on Friday afternoon of every week in term time. This is the school’s principal method of communication and parents are advised to read it carefully and follow the links to important announcements and documents on the school website.
The School website also plays an important role in communicating important information, and parents are encouraged to view it regularly. It can be found at www.ecolint.ch. It has a public area and a protected 'private' area for enrolled students, staff and parents called 'MyEcolint', access to which requires your own personal pasword password. The site contains a wealth of information and all parents are encouraged to spend time familiarising themselves with it as it is designed to provide you with the information that you need to support a successful time at the school. Should you have any problems accessing the Ecolint website please contact webmaster@ecolint.ch
Information is displayed on the main notice boards and screen at the top of the Cafeteria, and all students should make a point of looking at these on a regular basis. There are also notice boards there advertising events which will be of interest to parents who visit the campus.
