The Foundation will make efforts to ensure that, where reasonable and possible, students are not exposed to circumstances that will trigger a known allergic reaction. The Foundation cannot, however, guarantee that it is able to create an environment that is completely free from all the triggers to any allergic reaction and thus cannot accept responsibility for allergic responses on the part of students that take place on school premises or during school activities and visits.
The first step, in all cases, must be the notification of the condition to the school by the parents.
Parents are asked to notify the School of any allergies on the part of their children on entry. You are also asked to notify the school should an allergy become known at a later date.
Information about the allergies of individual students will be passed on to those members of staff who need to know.
