One of the most popular winter olympic sports is snowboarding. Although how much do you really know about the amazing 2026 competitors? Some of the most iconic Olympians of 2026 include Chloe Kim (USA), Zoi Sadowski-Synnott (New Zealand), Gaon Choi (South Korea), and Josie Baff (Australia).

Chloe Kim

The most high-profile star of the games, Kim secured a silver medal in the women’s halfpipe, despite a dislocated shoulder injured just weeks before the event. 

Zoi Sadowski-Synnott

Solidifying her status of the most decorated snowboarding olympian by winning her fifth career medal; She took silver in slopeside, narrowly missing to Mari Fukada.

Gaon Choi

The 17 year old phenomenon became a global icon by defeating her mentor, Chloe Kim, to win gold in the half pipe.

Josie Baff

Claiming the gold medal in women’s snowboard cross, defeating two former Olympic champions in a major upset.
