Turkey Trot

On Wednesday, November 26, the half day before our Thanksgiving Break, The Turkey Trot took place. Each grade ran at separate times, and every student got the choice to either run or walk their laps. Every runner did three laps around the pavement, while every walker did two laps around the pavement. Teachers stood on the sidewalk to make sure everything was going well and encouraged the students. Students also got high fived by the mascot. This event was a good way for LMMS students to have fun and get some exercise before enjoying Thanksgiving the following day.
