CDR. BRUCE PANAS

CLASS OF 1956 | US NAVY COMMANDER

Bruce spent 30 years in the Navy advancing from the lowest enlisted rank to a senior officer in the Medical Service Corps by his retirement in 1989. During his years of service he earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Cornell University. Bruce and his family traveled frequently as they were stationed in widespread duty stations from Sicily, Italy to Rhode Island, Florida, South Carolina, New Hampshire, and California. He finished his career in the Navy as the Commanding Officer at the Naval Medical Clinic at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
