MORNING DROP OFF PROCEDURES
Effective immediately , and until further notice, the following procedures will be followed for students who ride to school in personal transportation with a parent or caregiver:

1. Enter the campus from Hildebrandt Road on to the access road near the softball field behind Dallas Intermediate School.

2. Travel up Mountaineer Drive to the top of the hill, pass in front of the high school and field house and to the stop sign by the white maintenance building.

3. Turn left on to Conyngham Avenue, follow to Wycallis Primary Center, and turn left in to the large driveway leading to the Wall Entrance (WPC-02). Please do not pass other cars in the circle after your child is dropped off. Wait your turn and everyone will get off of campus quickly. Traffic will back up on Conyngham. This is acceptable.

4. Students exit their vehicles from passenger side directly on to sidewalk. Parents/caregivers are not permitted to walk their students to the door. Please do not park in the dirt lot across the street , and NOT in the large staff lot. Also, no cars are permitted in the shared lot between Wycallis and Dallas Intermediate as this lot is for buses.

5. After dropping off, turn right from the Wycallis driveway on to Conyngham Avenue and proceed toward the Dallas Middle School. Turn right on to the Middle School driveway and follow to Mountaineer Drive.

7. Only the school buses and Wycallis staff will use Conyngham Avenue between 8:30 and 9:15 AM.

Parents who drive their child home from school, will meet their student at the Wall Entrance (WPC-02). Please follow the above posted route to enter the large driveway in front of the school. Please write the name of the student being picked up and place it on your dashboard so the staff can have your child ready. Please do not pass cars on the left hand side and wait your turn to leave.

Effective the year, please do not park in the Administrative lot and walk over to pick up your child. Please wait in your can like all other parents. Thank you.
Please refrain from picking your child up at the school between 3:11 PM and 3:50 PM unless it is an emergency.
