They will need to know the name of the assessor, the date and time of the appointment that needs removing and the name of the apprentice.
Make a note of the date and time if this fits into your schedule, if it doesn't fit into your schedule, make a different appointment with the apprentice and employer for the same week.
If the employer and apprentice cannot commit to an exact day or time then plan a session for that week and amend the appointment closer to the time.
6. If there isn't a forward session then plan a session 10 weeks after the last review.
