As you will be aware, we have a duty to prepare apprentices for life in modern Britain.
This includes everything from eating healthy and looking after yourself to spotting the signs of local and national threats, such as county lines. The more we all know about these subjects, the better our community becomes.
Below is a video containing the information you need to support your apprentices with their personal development, how to access the training and how to upload the certificates generated to Smart Assessor.

At the Initial/ Progress review
With a new apprentice - at the initial review set a target to complete 2 modules before the next review.
With an existing apprentice - do not wait for the next point of contact, set a target to complete 2 modules before the next review and email this out this week.
Make sure you look at the modules yourself so you can hold a discussion with the apprentice at the next review. Record the outcome of that discussion in the box provide on the review form.
Remember the apprentices need to be able to recognise local issues and articulate this when asked.
There are two separate links available, one for Doncaster apprentices and one for North Lindsey apprentices.
Both links are available in the Wellbeing section of Smart assessor on the apprentice's overview tab.
The apprentice will need to access their college Google account for the link to work.
