The following instructions can be used to create all types of sessions on Smart Assessor. Firstly you need to log in to Smart Assessor (if you are unsure of your log in details, email smartassessor@northlindsey.ac.uk).

- Click on the green button labelled Assessor.

Click on the date you want. Select the time by clicking on the plus and minus buttons or using the slider.

9. This is the important bit: If you are planning to carry out a progress review you must select Formal Review, no matter what method you are planning to use to carry out the review.

10. The number of participants should remain at 0, unless there is more than one apprentice at the same employer. The number of additional apprentices should be selected. This will create a group session which can be very difficult to edit should one of the group fail to attend, but will reduce admin burden.
