Forms for Fish Iowa! Trained Educators

The following are available ONLY to educators who have attended a Fish Iowa! training and are using the basic spincasting module in an educational setting.

Fish Iowa! permit application -  Available only to public or accredited nonpublic Iowa school with at least one staff person trained in Fish Iowa! Permit covers only students of the applying school (staff, volunteers, etc. are not covered). Individuals covered by the permit must comply with all other Iowa fishing regulations (includes paying any additional fees such as the trout fee, etc.). Application must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your first fishing outing.

Brass Bluegill Award nomination - The Brass Bluegill award recognizes an educator with an outstanding Fish Iowa! program each year. Nominations are due annually on March 31.
