Sora AI video technology is quickly advancing
Sora AI is the upcoming new technology of realistic video making created from written prompts made by OpenAi,
The Ai research company OpenAi previewed Sora by presenting some generated videos that were created using the program and claimed to not have been tweaked in any sort. According to OpenAi’s research on Sora, they train their program with generation of spacetime patches with video and image code to allow it to develop up to a one minute long video in high quality but also various resolutions.
Once the program comes out, people could start finding ways to make money through it. With such ideas as selling prompts, since the videos that are created come out of written descriptions, there could already be a person that has created something similar to someone’s idea and they just have to tweak some parts. Or use it to save money by using this technology to create promotion and advertising videos that would normally take a big chunk of a company’s money when trying to create an eye-catching ad for their product or business. The program will have a free version once it is eventually released and a paid sort of expansion that would take away the limit of word counts, quality and other aspects of the material it produces.
The company itself makes money out of donations and strategic partnerships.Making it easy to create content that pretty much anyone with a minimum budget could create is a problem for those for whom content creation is their job in itself. If creating these realistic and almost perfect quality videos is going to be cheaper than hiring an artist or filmmaker to help create it, the job opportunities will significantly decrease.
Open Ai might be using web scraping to train their system., this is a tool not only used for ai, but companies and programs such as google, too. Web scraping uses bots to extract data as well as content from a website and it extracts underlying HTML code and data stored in that database to later be able to replicate it. It is not an illegal practice as long as it is used for public use and not for personal profit in which peoples personal information is sold to third parties.
