Project Overview
The Project will include renovation work to the existing building and the possibility of some demolition and a new construction addition to ultimately create 85,000 gross square feet of modernized learning space to bring it in line with the District of Columbia Public Schools (“DCPS”) Educational Specifications (“Ed Spec(s)”). This Project will also include improvements to a temporary swing school or Raymond Elementary students and staff to occupy during School Year 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 while the Raymond Elementary School building is under construction. Raymond students and staff will be occupying Meyer Elementary School Building (2501 11th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001).
