This class went over topics ranging from basic classroom items to the clothing in our wardrobes to language used when planning or on a vacation. Although I took Spanish 1 in 8th grade, I feel confident in saying that this Spanish class provided me with a greater "base" to work off of in the coming years.
We were assigned to create a poster for our figurative school supply stores while using a certain amount of our new vocabulary. In unit two, we learned about objects pertaining to the classroom as well as classes. I had a fun time designing this poster and it helped me further learn the new vocabulary.
We were tasked with creating a children's storybook using more vocabulary from unit two. We learned -ar verb conjugation and had to use a set amount in our books. We had to include an introduction to the character, where they were from, what classes they took and at what time they took them. I made the designs in this book and I used clipart as the illustrations. Overall, I love how it came out and I had a really fun time making it!
Using vocabulary from section three of our textbook, we were assigned to create a family tree! Now, I chose to make an imaginary family tree and I couldn't resist putting the most influential and important women throughout history. I, of course, had a great time doing this project and I am happy with how the final product turned out.
