We recently traveled, along with the rest of the planner team, to Orlando to prepare our equipment for our Fall events. As we continue to make the transition from our old setup to our new, we needed to build out 4 additional equipment sets. These will be needed as we jump into a fall event schedule that includes 32 events. These events start September 10th in Chattanooga and Augusta and end December 10th in Charleston. The busiest weekend being November 19th with seven events! If you would like to attend an upcoming event see the information at the bottom of this page.

We started our work on August 2nd in a 36,000 square foot warehouse in Orlando. First, we unpacked everything that was shipped from Little Rock. Then we pulled out the four current Weekend to Remember sets to do updates and make any repairs that were needed after the spring events. While that process was going, we started gathering everything needed to build the new equipment sets. This included everything from the soundboard, speakers, projectors, screens, signs, to extension cords and all types of cabling needed for our complete setup

As we wrapped up our work in Orlando after two weeks, we feel like we are about 90% ready. Pray that the last updates and various odds and ends that need to be done can be wrapped up by our Orlando staff by mid September.

Transition update 

We closed on the sale of our current house August 2nd and have to be out by midnight September 1st. We still have not found a house in DFW and will be temporarily living there with family until we find our new address.  Please continue to pray for God's provision in this crazy housing market and clear direction about where He wants us to serve Him in DFW.
