Praying for your families to feel the peace, presence and assurance that God is with you.
We completed our spring Weekend to Remember events this month with events in Indianapolis and Frisco. At these two events we had a combined attendance of 1,809 and 29 1st time professions of faith! Below are some of the top comments from those that attended.
“It stopped the progression to isolation and moved the pendulum to oneness. We now have movement in the right direction. Thank you!” Husband, married 21 years - Indianapolis
“The event had a very good impact and we wish we would have attended years ago. After almost 33 years of marriage, we learned things we so wished we would have known long ago.” Wife, married 31 years - Indianapolis
“This was huge for our marriage. It allowed, and encouraged, us to do a lot of self-reflection. The big takeaway for me was getting and staying close to God above all else. The closer I get to God, the closer I'll get to true oneness with my spouse.” Wife, married 17 years - Indianapolis
“We were able to make some breakthroughs in our marriage in areas we didn't feel were even that much of an issue. But the Holy Spirit convicted each of us in gentle but necessary ways to reveal things that needed some fine-tuning. No matter how long you've been married, there's always something new to learn and grow together in.” Wife, married 25 years - Indianapolis
“My! Oh My!! I was overwhelmed with emotion each session! I literally cried, laughed, felt convicted, hopeful and most importantly walked away wanting to make our marriage last TiL DEATH DO US PART! My husband and I have new resources and a better understanding that our marriage is so much bigger than us!” Wife, married 26 years - Frisco
“After 25 years of an abusive marriage, I divorced my husband. I was broken. I was DONE. Not knowing where or how to pick up the pieces, I turned back to my faith and reconnect with my Savior, Jesus. Wow, what a journey. He began to work in me and my ex-husband. Little did we know the work that was taking place because he and I were in no contact for a long time. Fast forward to the present and he and I are attending this conference together. No, we are not remarried but we are a work in progress and we both know God is in control…” Not currently married - Frisco
“Moving forward in our marriage with more hope, renewed energy, and a recommitted relationship under God. I am so excited to see what will happen next. Thanks, Weekend To Remember!” Wife, married 16 years - Frisco
